1) Processing Time

2) Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
3) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping option.
4) Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
6) Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
7) Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us at supportavennestore@gmail.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges | avenne.store
At avenne.store, our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help with a clear and straightforward process.
1) Eligibility (General Conditions)
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

In the original packaging

All original tags and seals intact and attached

Includes the invoice/receipt or other proof of purchase
Important: If an item does not meet the conditions above, avenne.store may refuse the return/exchange and send the item back to the customer.
2) Timeframes

Change of mind: Request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items: Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.
3) How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email supportavennestore@gmail.com (or contact our customer care via WhatsApp) with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

Within 48 business hours, we’ll reply with instructions and a pre-paid return label (the first return/exchange shipping is on us).

Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4) Refund & Resolution Options
Once your return arrives and passes inspection (up to 5 business days), you can choose one of the following:

Store Credit: A digital voucher for the item value, valid for 90 days.

Credit Card Refund: Refunded to the original card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your bank to reflect the credit.

PIX / Wire Transfer / Alternative Methods: Refunded to the original buyer’s account within 5 business days.
