Returns & Exchanges | avenne.store

At avenne.store, our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help with a clear and straightforward process.

1) Eligibility (General Conditions)

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In the original packaging

  • All original tags and seals intact and attached

  • Includes the invoice/receipt or other proof of purchase

Important: If an item does not meet the conditions above, avenne.store may refuse the return/exchange and send the item back to the customer.

2) Timeframes

  • Change of mind: Request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Defective or damaged items: Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.

3) How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email supportavennestore@gmail.com (or contact our customer care via WhatsApp) with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Within 48 business hours, we’ll reply with instructions and a pre-paid return label (the first return/exchange shipping is on us).

  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

4) Refund & Resolution Options

Once your return arrives and passes inspection (up to 5 business days), you can choose one of the following:

  • Store Credit: A digital voucher for the item value, valid for 90 days.

  • Credit Card Refund: Refunded to the original card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your bank to reflect the credit.

  • PIX / Wire Transfer / Alternative Methods: Refunded to the original buyer’s account within 5 business days.
